Photo Epilation, IPL/SHR parament hair reduction, uses broad-spectrum light applied to the surface of the skin, targeting melanin. This light travels through
the skin until it strikes the hair shaft or the bulb (hair follicle). The bulb is usually where the highest concentration of melanin is
located. As the light is absorbed, the bulb and most of the hair shaft are heated, effectively damaging the hair's follicle and
preventing re-growth.
For the best hair removal result, we recommend that our clients have 6-10
treatments at four week intervals (depending on body hair color and thickness).
